| Hey People Thank you for coming on Saturday, it was a fun night! The sound at The Shed is so good, I always love playing there! The day in the studios went well on Friday, the guitars sound amazing…thank you Curt, you are a true pro!!! We are putting the final touches to it this week. Drew will be doing his thing and I’m hoping to lay my vocal down and then…it will be ready for you to hear :) whoop!!! I have got the Plough Inn gig to look forward to now on Friday, I can’t wait! | I can not believe how busy I am from now through to Christmas! Really pushing to get the single out this year, I will be in the studios on Friday working on this and my next track :) I cant not wait for ‘Keep Breathing’ to be released, I’m sooo excited!! We will also be shooting a video for this…so keep checking the site for more updates on that :) I have an acoustic gig at The Shed in Leicester this Saturday! The evening starts around 8, so come over if you can! It will be a good night, its a great music venue, I am really looking forward to playing there! | It was soooo amazing to see you all there at The Watercress on Friday! Having all my friends and family there made it such a good night, thank you all for coming. It was a really good vibe and a great venue to play! I wanted to put videos on here of the gig, but I stupidly didn’t clear my camera, so the memory was full when it came to filming…hmm, blonde!! I promise I will video the next gig for you to see :) Curt (guitar), Drew (Bass) and Daryl (drums) were awesome!!! I couldn’t do it without them, amazing musicians and as ever they played lush, well-done guys! Oh…we now have a name too…Amy Wyke and the Mercury! Whoop! The set went really well, Save My heart sounded awesome and I still get SO excited to hear Curt’s solo in Someone, I love it!!!! I think Drew even got so into it he nearly forgot what to play, lol!! It’s really cool playing an acoustic set sometimes, its a nice change and it’s great that we can do both, I think it really suited the venue and Friday night too! I cant wait for our gig in London now, our electric set, yaaaaay!!! Lots to do before then, but it will come round very quickly I am sure! Cant wait to see you all there, come and say hi! | Hey!!! I have been waiting, it seems, for a really really long time, but at last, my website is here! Yay, I am very excited! Have a look and see where I am playing next, read my latest blogs, look at live pics, videos and more cool stuff including links to MySpace, Facebook and Twitter (soon)! I have been so busy with getting this finished and also gigging my bum off! The band are sounding amazing, I am so lucky to be playing with amazing musicians, I would love to see you at my next gig! I will also be releasing my first EP this year, ‘Keep Breathing’. This will be my first single and I cant wait for the finished CD AND there will be a surprise track that wont be on the album!
